Refund Policy

Stradone Paving does not accept returns on excess quantities of over-ordered material or where a customer simply changes their mind.

Certain products may be refunded or exchanged once received and inspected by us. Refunds for delivery charges will only be given in the case of incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods.

This policy is in addition to your legal rights as a customer.
Product-Specific Returns

Walling Stone: No returns unless unused, or exchanged for another product. Return haulage costs apply.

Bulk Chippings: No returns.

Stoneer Products: No returns.

Jointex, Ardex, and Accessories: No returns unless in original packaging, unused, within 1 month. Subject to credit note.

Paving: If returned in packaging, full credit less 23% VAT restocking fee will be offered. If Stradone Paving collects the return, return haulage costs plus 23% VAT restocking fee apply. No credit for single slabs. If the customer fails to return goods, we may charge for collection costs, which may be deducted from any refund/credit.

Architectural & Bespoke Products: No returns unless there is an error by Stradone Paving. Colour and shading are not considered errors. Any concerns about defects must be assessed visually before replacement can be produced.
Damaged Goods

If your delivery arrives damaged, please take photos before opening and then additional photos after opening to help us assess the damage.

Breakages during transport will be replaced as quickly as possible.
