Depot Collection
For collection orders, our team will confirm stock and contact you by phone or email when your order is ready. Please do not visit the depot until you have confirmation.
Out of Stock
If a product is out of stock, we will contact you with a revised delivery date or offer a refund. Imported items may take 6–12 weeks to restock. Delivery dates may be affected by shipping delays.
Samples
Small samples of natural stone and porcelain are available to help you choose colour and texture. We recommend visiting our display area for a full view. Some products, including certain porcelain items, adhesives, grouts, sealers, and cleaners, may not be available as samples.
